We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! We have bought and sold five homes over the years, and buying our current home was hands down the easiest and smoothest mortgage experience we have ever had. Our financial history isn’t perfect, so we went into the process with plenty of nerves and uncertainty. Pam was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. She kept us informed, answered our questions, calmed us down when we started worrying, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel completely manageable. We always felt like she was looking out for us and genuinely wanted to get us into our home. Her communication, knowledge, patience, and ability to keep everything moving were outstanding. After going through the home-buying process several times before, we know how stressful it can be—and this experience was completely different. We couldn’t have asked for a better loan professional and would recommend her without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!
