No matter what Brenda was always willing to go above and beyond with any questions or issues that came across our table! Without her i know that closing on our dream home wouldn't have been possible! Working with Yoell Mendoza was the easiest part of the whole deal. From the first call he was upfront about what I needed, what was realistic, and how long things would take. No runaround, no last-minute surprises. He broke down the numbers so they were easy to follow, kept the file moving, and stayed in communication the entire time.
