Sarah was quick to get client preapproved in a multiple offer situation on a weekend. She took time to explain options to client and went out of her way to call the listing agent to show how solid client was, which was key in the competitive environment we were in! When me and my partner first started the process we had no idea what we were doing we was really confused about the whole proces.
