Tom's expert advice was very much appreciated. He was also patient throughout the process in that I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them and made sure I understood the ramifications of certain decisions. He also acted as a resource on some questions that weren't necessarily loan related based on his experience as a real estate agent and home buyer himself. I interacted with Lupe somewhat and she was also very helpful. I would happily refer a friend to Tom without thinking twice.
