April Hemphill did a fantastic job! NAF is very lucky to have someone like her. She is very knowledgeabl, has exceptional customer service skills, she dumbed things down so I could understand , she stayed in communication with me thru every step of the process, she pushed our closing to the finish line, and most importantly she really cared about getting my financing and getting us our home. I'd r*** her service a 12 out of 10! Phenomenal! Now the funding side of NAF was a train wreck. Because they missed a document requiring a signature from the sellers we sat at closing for 3 hours and still didn't get the keys to the house. Sellers bank has a wire transfer deadline of 3pm. It was missed and we had to wait until Monday when the wire transfer would be completed and the seller would have the funds in their account . our realtor delivered the keys to us at 1:14pm Monday. We were hoping to move in over the weekend. And instead I had to use a vacation day and move an entire house to another house in an afternoon. I give the funding side of NAF ZERO STARS. All the hard work April did to get us to closing was minimized because the funding side dropped the ball. In closing April was awesome and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. The funding side needs to get their sh@$ together and realize how much their mistakes can impact the customer at closing and the buyers plans of moving into the home on a specific date.

I have used NAF in the past and Bob was great then and he was great now! Very communicative and helpful, with a great personality!

Halston was fantastic in getting information back to me quickly and accurately. Any questions I had, he was prompt with his responses, and was able to help guide me through anything that was confusing. Very easy to deal with, and a great attitude.

Dan worked hard to make sure all options were covered and explained in detail and he was readily available for me when i had questions

Russ would check in to see how things were going with the sale of my house, which was appreciated. He answered all of our questions quickly. It was a very smooth proces. He actually cares. One thing that really stood out is the night before closing, he texted us about tomorrow being a big day and asking if we were excited. He did little things like that that means alot!

Corey Gawthrop! He made our experience so smooth and simple! He advocated for us and helped us each step along the way! He is very personable and made a difficult process easy! I would recommend Corey to anyone applying for a loan! He is amazing!

Being first time home buyers and really not understanding the process, they made the process really simple and it moved along without a problem. They put together a plan and with our diligence that plan delivered and we are now Homeowners!
