Having Terry by our side was a blessing in disguise because we didn’t realize the chaos that was looming from the seller side. she’s is a kind, generous, selfless and caring woman. She made feel us like family from day one and up until the closing day. She made sure to go above and beyond to protect us. She fought tooth and nail to make sure we could enjoy our home buying process. Whenever we received unfavorable news of there was something unclear or the seller was trying to pull a fast one over us. We would call Terry and she would take the time explain the situation, clear up any confusion and even call out the problem. She made us feel welcome. She didn’t just see us as dollar signs.
