We were screwed over by our previous loan officer from another company/firm and had to quickly turn things around/re do our loan because we were literally in the middle/process of escrow. Vince was high informative, communicative, and turned what was a highly stressful situation into something manageable and more at ease. Our prev loan officer took 3 weeks for a pre approval, while Vince got everything done in 1.5 days - AMAZING! And not only was he fast, but he was always making sure he was communicating with us and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. If needed something or had any questions /doubt, Vince responded right away. Never leaving me in the dark to figure things out myself, unlike the prev loan officer. The difference with Vince and the last person is night and day, thank goodness for Vince!!!!!!!!!!!

John is an amazing lender. As a new agent he held my hand throughout the entire process. He has helped my clients who were not quite ready to buy, make a plan to buy soon. He helped my clients through their first home purchase and was able to get a grant!
