The previous lender we were working with made us feel very confident in our choice to work with them when we were told they would be on call for us whenever we needed an address-specific pre-approval letter. This was not the case. The lender would always send us to voicemail when we called and take hours to days to respond back, or go out of town over the weekend without giving us another person to contact incase we needed something, and we nearly lost out on the opportunity to put in an offer on a home we really liked. This lender also said they wouldn't reach out to the sellers to vouch that we were reliable candidates for the offers we put in. It didn't feel like we were being made the priority that we were made to feel at the start. When we switched to working with Pam, it was a night and day difference. Anytime we had questions, Pam would get back to us within minutes, or maybe a couple hours. But she would let us know if she was busy, she would get back to us as soon as possible. She's very knowledgeable and upfront about things we needed to fix in order to get the best bang for our buck. We really appreciated the open and consistent line of communication with her too. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. She even told us she would reach out to the sellers to back us up on our offer, which was huge for us, considering the last lender didn't want to reach out at all. We felt very secure and comfortable in Pam's hands during the process. And the first offer we put in working with Pam, got accepted! We couldn't believe it! We would highly recommend Pam and her team to anyone who is planning on buying a home in the future!
