What made my experience great was the communication! At no point did I ever feel from the team that something could not be accomplished. When challenges came up the team had a solution to get it where things needed to be, that was very encouraging for me. The Process was very smooth and naturally as we get closer to the date things can become hectic for the buyer , this was my first experience buying a Home and this team made the experience great ! The commitment to the Process. At no point did I feel forgotten about or not important. The team also provided education for me , not talking at me but to me and educating me on home ownership. We went for an FHA which fell apart due to my workplace. Micah pivoted into a conventional (which I thought was out of my league ) and informed me about it the entire way through. I don't see anyone being better than Micah, she is wonderful!

Donna kept everything on schedule (we closed within 30 days, which was our goal). She was prompt on getting back to me with all of my questions. I never have purchased a home within a state with so many different processes and procedures. Donna made that easy for us.
