Rogelio Castro did an amazing job throughout our home loan process. Before we even started, he took the time to meet with me in person and later invited me to his office, where we sat down and talked in detail about the entire process. He explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence to move forward with him. Once the process started, we went through many unexpected difficulties, but Rogelio handled everything professionally and guided me every step of the way. I was very impressed by his knowledge, communication, and the way he managed every situation. He always made me feel confident that we were in good hands and that we would get through the process successfully. Throughout the entire transaction, he was extremely supportive, responsive, and patient. What really stood out to me is that even after closing, he still stayed in touch, calling to make sure we got settled into the house and making sure we had the help and guidance we needed.
