Isak was incredibly honest and upfront about what he could do for us, and advised us to take an offer from a competitor that was better than he could offer. When said competitor was unable to complete all the paperwork and funding in time for us to close, I asked Isak if he could make it happen in the 10 days we had left. He did get our loan processed in time, and made it incredibly easy for us to finish buying our new house.
