Ryan's team was very responsive and willing to help throughout the process. It was really easy to get in touch with Ryan and talk through all the details early in the process. One area that could benefit from improvement are the NAF systems. We had many issues linking accounts and using the systems (employee verification, for example). We appreciated that the team found workarounds and alternatives but it was frustrating that we couldn't complete tasks in a timely manner without additional NAF support.
