I come from Italy and relocated five years ago and I couldn’t have a better mortgage banker than Carolina Huber for my first house purchase. The process with her has been very lean and easy, I was provided with detailed explanation of all the steps, with complete availability even after working hours to solve all my doubt. And as a first home buyer abroad I had quite many. Her expertise on the matter is remarkable and she made me feel safe since all my knowledge gap in this process were filled. My experience with First Citizens Bank was made great by the help and friendly reminders from Carolina Huber. Not only did she make sure I had all the information I needed, she kept in touch with me 100% of the time.(felt like 24/7) My loan was basically done by emails and phone calls.
