We went for an FHA which fell apart due to my workplace. Micah pivoted into a conventional (which I thought was out of my league ) and informed me about it the entire way through. I don't see anyone being better than Micah, she is wonderful!

Over all the service was good but we were left in the dark for too long while Jeanell was having problems with the title company who held the entire process up. We were almost a month longer than necessary due to the title company. Take the title company out of the equation and the service was good from Jeanell and excellent from Chip.
