I cannot say enough good things about Carolina. From start to finish she was professional, prompt, personable, organized, kind, the list goes on and on. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and truly did whatever she needed to do to make this as smooth of a transaction as it could have been. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service Carolina provided. I was very nervous and anxious about the process of purchasing a home. However, Carolina worked very hard to make the home buying process a positive one. She was very responsive and explained the pros/cons of options given. She kept me up to date on next steps and most importantly she made time to answer my questions. If I were to go through the process again, I’m reaching out to her first. We had a wonderful experience working with Carolina as our mortgage lender! She is a great communicator and even worked while on personal leave and work retreats (and we feel badly she had to do this) because the sellers for the home we were buying requested a very short closing period. Carolina was somehow able to prioritize our mortgage among all her other responsibilities and we successfully closed on the home! We highly recommend Carolina as your mortgage lender! Also, First Citizens Bank made the whole process easy with a well-designed online tool for all of the paperwork.
