The experince was okay. I would recommend the communication be more direct throughout the process. A lot of the process, we felt rushed to sign things without an explanation and it was a lot of "hurry up and wait". Things were done out of order. For Example, the education course was scheduled to be done at the end of the program and I recommend that should be the first thing first time Home owners should do before getting involved in this process. Overall, I'm grateful and appreciative of the opportunity and thankful that I found a home. I would just like to add some of those critiques to help future first time homeowners with this process. Thank you to the team for helping me and my family find our first home.
