Not necessarily with Kevin, but with other individuals working on my loan: communication with the company was sometimes difficult, and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency.

My loan officer was quite good, the only “bad thing” that I can think of is that when my appraisal came back, I didn’t hear from him until several days later to go over it. The problems I had were more so with the loan processing and being placed with a realtor through your affiliation. The liaison between NAF and the realtors was unreachable, she rarely replied to phone calls or texts. I wound up finding my own realtor independently of this service. In the loan processing, I was transferred to 3 different loan processors, which made things difficult with coordinating and communicating.

The one part I was most disatified w/ was the 3rd person in charge of getting all our documents in order for closing I felt had alot of delayed responses & was not reachable alot of the time.

Noah was a great loan officer for our clients! I understand that things happen but my clients had a closing at 10am and did not get funding sent until almost 4pm that evening which caused delays in the moving process for my clients. I felt like there could have overall been better communication. Overall it was a good experience.

Service was fine. Communication could be improved. For example, many of the documents and emails we received (including this survey) were only sent to one party instead of both of the joint tenants.
