Clearer communication and response time. Received a phone call from our notary at 2:00 pm letting me know that we had to sign everything that night - and she was not local so she didn't arrive until 7:45 pm. Signing took an hour - due to some questions we had for Dusty. The following day - received an email that some documents were missing signatures from my husband. Had to go in, print, sign and then resend to the contact, who was amazing and let me photo the signed documents thru text.

Too many inconsistent changes. Not smooth like a streamline or irrl refi claims to be and closing was a mess. Some questions not answered about fees and closing costs. Delilah was great but the refinance process just not as enjoyable as I feel it should have been.

This is my second time working w/Tony & I find him trusting & like working with him, unfortunately, the pre discussion numbers in the project to refinance was not at all how we ended up. I leaned on the information from Tony to fully understanding the value of refinancing or not to refinance. The information provided led me to value a refinance for a couple of reasons however at the end of the day the numbers did not match so there was no cash out & I wont breakeven until 20 months have past.
