We were given a one day notice that closing would have to be done the next day. We made arrangements to be there and then the title company did not have the closing documents when we arrived. Not sure who dropped the ball but everyone knew our appointment was at noon and no one bothered to call and tell us nothing was ready

Several emails with documents to sign were sent and no communication with me on them being sent to complete immediately, it took two to three days until I looked through my 200 daily emails to find them and complete. It made the process more confusing and I had to follow up with Valerie. My realtor and loan officers usually call or text immediately on transactions like this. I just went through a business loan and the loan officer would contact me every step of the way.

The experience was good, and above “just ok” it just wasn’t great. The only issue I had, was being advised by one of your employees to make a payment which in turn took away my 2 months of no payments. Instead it was just one. It might not seem like a big deal, but it’s about the principal that one of the incentives to refinance was getting 2 months off of no payments.

Everyone who was associated with our loan was very attentive from early morning to late at night. I felt that everyone really cared and wanted me to get approved for the loan.
