I appreciate Kelley's work with us, but would give the overall experience a lower ranking. I believe that more clear communication from the processing staff could have alleviated having to submit documents more than once. Additionally, the closing team waited until the last minute to help us resolve some insurance certificate issues, and coordinate the documents for signature. Kelley stepped in to help, and overall I'm satisfied with the experience.

I have no complaints about the service provided by Bjorn. I was representing the listing side of this transaction so I did not have or need much contact with him as he was representing the buyer. I was kept up to date on the progression of the buyer's loan approval and we had no issues.
