I went into my refinance meeting with Katie not knowing how much my monthly payment would be. Matt told me we would discuss the numbers at a later date and we never did. There were too many people sending me material to sign, I didn't know who was working for whom. Very confusing. Not an easy process to follow. It would of helped if Matt told me who his assistants were and who would be contacting me from the title company.

Loan processor, Latoiya was awful at maintaining communication and blamed delays on the title company before title was even involved. I would happily work with Sean again. Latoiya was very difficult to deal with.

It wasn't Fallon. Her support team were not good communicators. Sending you an email telling you it is urgent that you go to the portal and sign documents is not very effective way of communicating. Especially, when its documents I previously signed but because someone made errors on the first document. That information needs to be communicated upfront. Not when I question WHY I am signing the same documents over with different amounts!
