I did all I was asked and then after I got a deposit in my bank account someone called me saying I needed to verify that I am still employed which I am but I had a surgery which your company was aware. I can not email from my work email and I explained this but your employee told me they would take the money back. If the process would have went a lot smoother. Instead of me being overwhelmed and stressed. Not all those repeated unnecessary calls. Miscommunication on certain things. Overall the experience was okay. I wouldn't say Dedra was the cause of it because she was very supported. I would say the program itself required way to much. In closing, I'm in my dream home and that's is what matters most. Thank you all.
