Howard was fine to work with, my problem was with New American, someone dropped the ball with the appraisal and we had to postpone the closing 3 times this home went under contract May 31 and did not close until July 30.

Fast , connected communication . You are text and called by other refinancing . You forget who your dealing with and their sneaky asking you to fill out forms. I looked for American or nicks name. Or I didn’t reply

Prompt responses to questions we had. 1 gripe we had is that we didn't know there would be a lock down on nearly all finances during the 30 day closing. But, overall as first time buyers, it was a very pleasant experience with everyone involved.
