Had I been given a more comprehensive list of what was needed to get the loan processed instead of getting it piece meal, it wouldn't have dragged out the process longer than necessary. I was getting frustrated to the point of considering canceling the whole transaction.

My only complaint with Alex is that once the loan went to the next stage he considered himself hands off. The next person in the process constantly came up with more documents even to the day before signing the dislosure. I told her at least 3 times i was using proceeds from previous home for downpayment and none from my 401K and she had the settlement papers. I paid down 70%. Have excellent credit scores. We would have missed closing if I had not repeatedly called/fussed/complained.

Better communication quicker response times. Also I felt like the underwriters or the system is designed to make things harder for anyone self-employed. It was really discouraging at times during the process. But overall they came through at the end , "good job Luke ".

I wanted to lower interest rate & pymnt, no cash out. I should have known there would be cash out of pocket, but I didn't know & it wasn't communicated to me up front. My 1st closing appt was canceled for this reason but I was not advised. I waited for 30 mins after my appt to call & find out of the cancelation. When finally got to closing, I got the impression the team was done with me. John's email to me said, "I have nothing left to give." No info provided regarding online pymnts & loan info
