would have been better if the person covering for Tasha's vacation would've known what she was doing or at least cared about the file. It also would've been better if the loan officer was a little bit more knowledgeable. He was very nice and profess teacpence.

Dedra Everette was absolutely wonderful! She was truly the main reason we were able to close on time. Jack was great- but when it came to our actual closing, he was more hands off. Maybe that wasn't a part of his job, but it was hard to figure out who needed to get the ball to the finish line. The day of our closing, we kept getting calls from our title company saying they didnt have any of our information. They were telling us we would not be closing that day. We didn't know until about an hour before we were suppsed to close that we would actual be able to. We were told it was the underwriters, but this was an extremely stressful time. I am very thankful that Dedra worked tirelessly for us. Like I said, Jack was great at getting us approved for the loan, explaining different payoffs and getting our intitial documents- I'm just not sure if it is a NAF disconnect or what- but I am glad we were indeed able to sign that day after all.

You require the same paperwork, appraisals, certificates etc that you currently have on file which only cost us more money. It was a simple refinance process which in my opinion should not have taken >45 days to close. Your closing costs are too high. You make extra work for your people which I think is unnecessary, and is reflected in their score. I feel that Kim doesn't listen to what your question are, talked to me like a child and seemed to always talk over me. She was very good about explaining things but occasionally wasted her time by trying to explain or answer things that was not originally part of my question. Laromey started out good and strong by returning phone calls <24 hours but then there were times I didn't hear from him at all. Our original loan has always been paid on time and sometimes a month early except for 1 time that we didn't receive a bill. My overall complaints are a company problem and not so much a Laromey or Kim problem, they were probably just doing what was required of them

I often felt I didn't know what I was signing. I trusted the team would not ask me to sign anything that would have a adverse effect on the process, but not being in this business some additional explaition or a walk through of documents I needed to sign would have been helpful.
