I would of liked more information on what was going on. I felt lost, I googled my way through the process. And when I initially contacted, it took a rep from wade journey to get in contact in order for me to fill out my application. Don’t feel like I was taken seriously at first.

Lack of communications

The lack of communication leading up to closing was not great. The closing was delayed because of last mintue issues. Washington was great at getting the work done in the beginning, but we had to delay closing by one day due to the underwriter needing last-minute stuff from the buyer that I wish had been taken care of in the beginning.

We had to reschedule closing 3 times. The same documents were asked for multiple times. Docuemts that weren't beeded were requested. There were last minute documents that were needed to be filled out hours before closing that should have been filled out weeks prior. I will most likely not be using this lending service in the future.

Clear and accurate timelines would have been better. Prior to starting the process timeline was discussed as important. We were often in the dark, delay after delay, lots of unnecessary addendums had to be made to the contract due to lack of clear timeline and follow up.
