complicated rulesfor closing funds from buyer. Need better communication in advance rather than down to the wire with 12 hours to make it work.

There wasn't a lot of communication throughout the process both before buyers went under agreement and through out the process. When there was a problem I heard it from the processor not Blake and it was handled poorly. A regularly scheduled day to communitcate each week with all parties involved would be helpful as this is what most good lenders do.

I felt that Joe did a really good job with everything until the end. I felt like his team was to blame because when it moved onto their part, it took them awhile to finish. I didn't like how I emailed Mirka multiple times and she never got back to me. Thats really unprofessional to me. Then we were supposed to close and get the keys on a certain day, which we discussed multiple times throughout this process. But for some reason they didn't finalize the loan in time. We even signed all the final paperwork at the title place before they even granted us the loan. We ended up getting our keys way later than expected, which interfered with our plans and deliveries we had scheduled that day. It was our first time buying a house and instead of a celebration it turned into a rushed mess .

Throughout the process we had to deal with a lot of different people, some of those people were giving out information that was not ours, sending emails to us that weren't meant for us . which ultimately led to alot a lot of confusion , I never personally received an apology, we given explanation as to what happened and whose fault it was .

Communication was not great through the process espicially as we got towards the end. Elizabeth did help more towards the end as it seemed she needed to take back over for Zo. Zo was not responsive for hours upon hours and sometimes days. I pride myself on customer service in my career and for someones file to say they do as well and he delivered very below par customer service. Thank you
