I would have appreciated loan officer recalling the specifics of my request for my loan example: that I wanted a cash out to pay off debt, to list all debts that were to be paid, to inform me that pay off of debt was going to be in the form of checks that I had to mail.

The realtor was untruthful of the settling of the house and repairs that were needed. I feel as though I was forced into closing when all my questions about the house were NOT answered. Repairs that were pointed out by the VA inspector were not addressed. Doc u sign sent documents right after signing with out a last step in review before sending. And there was always a push for me to sign asap. 5 different closing dates. More that cannot be explained in these simple words of explanation. I now require the house to be leveled and reimbursement for the expenses that all this has caused me. I truly hope and believe that Sandy reality will look deeply into this situation.

It wasn’t a bad experience . At all . It’s just for my very first property, and that being an investment property.... I would of felt more comfortable with more over the phone dialogue . And more reaching out via phone vs email. I do really appreciate the agent I had Kelsey over time I think she understood that I really appreciated phone call updates even if it was just to say “no update” it made me feel comfortable. I would definitely work with this tram again , and will refer you all!
