We had to communicate with Christine more than Chris because Christine was available whereas we always had to leave a message for Chris. When using Christine, we were happy with her knowledge, but not with timeliness. I had to email her a week before we were to close because we had not heard anything for at least 10 days.

My closing papers were incorrect. There was no one to get ahold of when they were not correct. I had to reschedule my closing. The second notary was very new and had to come back out to finish papers. I think it would be ideal to have contact information, just in case an issue arises, available before closing.

Original loan officer abandon my account without notifying me. Changed processors a couple of days before loan closed. Not a good experience this time around. Not all due to Ashley but both parties had issues. I was not informed of problems/issues by phone as a courtesy but email only which is not always checked. Some things I had to find out on my own.
