More communication about information that y'all need from me not on the day of . It very disappointing but you guys did get the job done but on a one-day notice to get documents in that are needed to go to the next step was very disappointing. Communication was poor and I really didn't want to give you all a bad review .But I just can't look over the fact that I was not notified. And then being told one set of numbers and then the numbers changed to another set of numbers was disappointing .

The communication could have been better phone calls were not returned when promised. We closed a month.later after I was told we would close.iwas told I would receive my funds on Friday it is now Sunday night at1130pm and no funds.i hope this improve thinks Jewel f

Jeff was great. We just had a lot of last minutes things happen that keep us out of the loop. It also caused us to push back closing done to things not being done on time.

I would have liked if there would have been actual communication from Kellie and her team. The only time I heard anything from them was when I reached out for an update. The automated updates (which were received after the fact) were lackluster and didn't help in any way. As a REALTOR®, communication between all parties is absolutely critical. When your clients don't get answers in a timely fashion, everyone suffers. Overall not impressed with New American funding in any way.

Robert is a very nice person. I felt that with closing approaching him and his team should had made sure the file was ok. Not being close to a lender was a hard transaction. Then there was the blame game. I was really upset with that. Here in Texas we stay in constant contact with title, lender, sellers realtor and buyers, Which is how it was suppose to be till after closing. I wish every lender would treat every buyer as there only one.
