Communication is everything. When someone Is buying a house, you don't know if it's their first rodeo or not and they need to be handled with care to ensure they have the comfort level in understanding what they are being asked to sign. You shouldn't assume they know everything about the home buying process. I feel that the way things are communicated could be better. You are a knowledgeable person in your business. The loan was successful but no one was on the same page at Nations lending.

Any type of communication and guidance. Nick was the only helpful person throughout the process with Movement, but unfortunately we barely worked with him, as we were forced to work with Evan Walkwitz and Spirit Souza. Both of them were extremely difficult to contact, and we didn’t feel supported or guided through anything. The communication was baffling and I am incredibly disappointed. Buying a home is a HUGE process, and this only made it disheartening and infuriating.

I reached out to Nick a few times. He did get back to be sometimes but other times I received no response at all. I was somewhat disappointed.

we were told that mortgages are rarely sold and we have not even made our first payment and it's already been sold. No longer feel we have a contact and are back to just being a number.

First, i would suggesy that you match borrowers with some in the same time zone. When I was available on tge west coast, his workday wS iver on the east coast. I also didn't feel like i was informed of all of the steps and what they needed from me in a commander. My loan took well over the 330 days to get funded because of these issues. I came to NAF because of my positive experience with my first mortgage and all of the refinances. This experience was not the same. They never even acknowledged or used any of my prior years of experience and information they should have had about me. I did not feel like a valued long time costumer of NAF.

When I called collin or emailed he didn't respond for days , so he needs to respond quicker also while I believe (I think his name was Nick) nick was the one overseeing title company and should have been an advocate for me I read an email he sent to title company describing the one parcel in the loan but weeks later the title company was still trying to include another parcel that wasn't my land nick was included in those emails and had he did what I did and just called the issue would have been resolved quicker . i don't blame Collin for that but there did seem to be a tendency to not take the extra mile until a supervisor anthony got involved also a tendency to not listen to customer I told more than one person how rural the courthouse was and how the title search needed to be done in person and offered the name and number of the lawyer who would do it but no one listened Now I want to add I believe Collin tried his best and my main issue with him is lack of communication he believed if he has nothing to add then no need for an update but I tried to tell him that needed updates even if he just would email "no new ingormation " but he never would I do believe as a whole the team is a good team just need to think outside the box sometimes and please get rid of that title company thsnk all of yall y'all for the end result
