The rate of interest was excellent and that could satisfy some customers - but communication and is a important factor . May be the team is understaffed or busy with lot of applications - could be various reasons but the communication was not good enough. It was never prompt and there were never timely follow ups.It was an unpleasant experience waiting or not sure what to expect or when to hear them back .I understand they have a good team . A little bit of follow up will help a lot .

Letting us know what the steps are and what to expect. The first Phone call was amazing and then it was automated emails. We didn't even know that we would end up with checks we had to send out or what to expect next after closing.

Communication was sporadic, unclear, and at times incorrect. While this autumn was a busy time and delays were expected too little and infrequent communication from the process was frustrating. Much could have been improved with expectation setting and competent communication. We were disappointed by this aspect of the process. The portal is great, the rates were great. Staff were not up to the work or for customer service.

This process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I went against the advice of my real estate agent and used a mortgage company outside of his network which led to come communication, procedural and processing challenges. From the beginning the communication was not great with repeated attempts on my end, via email, phone calls (mail box full) and text messages, that went unanswered. Appraisal was not completed until very late in the process. Employment verification was out sent late.

Unexplained delays, miscommunication (We received a voicemail from our closing officer that our closing was cancelled due to an unpaid lien on our house - we had no lien and it was another customer’s loan at issue not ours yet we received a rather curt and rude voicemail cancelling our closing over it erroneously), lack of communication (we did not have our final closing statement 1.5 hours before our scheduled closing; I had to repeatedly email our loan officer for a response on rates).

Karen bailey ask for 3 credit card statements never said what for and paid off them with out our permission some of them had no interests low balance.

Stacey was great and very knowledgeable, and very willing to answer my questions however communication was very lacking. I felt lost in much of the process. Some questions I had to look for answers somewhere else and I would have appreciated more of a walk-through of the loan process as a first time home buyer. Overall would have appreciated better communication

Your on line system was unworkable , wasted much of my time and good will and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff, however were more than pleasant, helpful, and willing to do in person what couldn’t be done on line.
