I think that I should have received better communication and understanding of loan documents and closing disclosures. This experience made me feel insecure and uncertain about the investment that I was making. Up until closing day, I never received an exact dollar amount to bring to the closing table, only estimates as I had received in the preliminary process. I have to admit that I would not refer this brokering firm to anyone.

Throughout the entire process I didn't feel like I was a priority. I had to call her several times to check on the status of my loan and for two weeks straight she kept telling me she was busy and haven't put my information in. After finally getting my information in the system I had to call several times to see how much I was qualified for. On several different occasions I had to contact my realtor to check on my loan process or to contact Becky because she hadn't responded back to me

Calls were not promptly returned when additional documentation was requested by lender. I realize tax letters were sent out the day of closing but I was not told attorney was not ready and waited for over 2 hours before being told to come back the next day.

Inthink it was the situation. After Tracy left, the communication connection didn't seem to be there. My client was disappointed that she didn't hear from anyone once Tracy was not involved.

Took an extremely long time to get an update once items were submitted. Then asked for documents that were already provided. Then asked for more documents as it had been too long for the financial information to be considered current. Emails were the company’s preferred means of communication and only way to get a call was to repeatedly call and text loan officer.
