I don't think Brian was completely at fault. This survey is for the entire company. We didn't have clear to close when we went to closing. My buyers drove over an hour to get to closing and they had closed on their house that morning. We kept being told, "we are working on it." They even asked the title company if we could close later that day, (after we were there) which didn't make any difference because we weren't closing!! It was very frustrating! My buyers finally got to close the next day.

Communication was very very poor. Texts, calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered for days at a time or were never responded to at all. As a young, first time home buyer, this was extremely frustrating as we were seeking guidance or generally any sort of response at all and often would not receive anything.

Tommy and I had several conversations that ended with me in tears. He is young and I guess I am perhaps a bit "old school". We managed to stumble our way through the awful process of buying a house, and I am eternally grateful for all the work and time that Tommy spent in helping me to finally close on my house ??

While Dan was very coconscious and I appreciate his following up with me on a regular basis, your underwriters are the absolute worst I ever experienced. And this is coming from someone that has owned over 15 properties in the last 30 years. Whatever I sent to them was never enough. The process dragged on for months and every month they want more info. They called my wife’s company so many times for employment verifications that her Manager complained to her about it. Maybe my case was an outlier, Daniel was pleasant in the few short days I talked to him but Serei was awful. Hours of no response, no answering my questions, no phone calls back, no desire to help me or give me ahead of anything. Everything was so last minute and rushed I would have gone to another company if it were possible but unfortunately I was bound. I understand maybe the processor was busy but not telling me any information and losing information I had already sent her multiple times is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had especially when dealing with such a big event that had a lot of my assets and money at stake.

My brother passed away unexpectedly last week. There was no compassion, despite the circumstances. He was only interested in gettting the loan closed out rather than providing good customer service.
