The refinance took 5 months. At first the communication was great but after a while there would be no communication and a lot of times no response to my emails. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.

A clear outline of each stage begin to end. Having an conversation to gain understanding of the hand off of the application up front would have been allowed me to know when to ask questions to get a straight answer. Rather I received half answers that didn't give me a confidence to want to keep asking questions. Set the expectation early so customers can understand that the application is progressing when your contacted by someone new, rather then receiving an email every day from a new name.

While Joseph was kind and courteous and all around pretty knowledgeable, he needs to learn to listen. He is so focused on what he wants to say, that he does not listed to the buyer. At the start of each call he always talked about how he would get us taken care of quickly. But each call was full of repetition, he would not recognize things that I had stated earlier in the conversation. I would not use Joseph again. Early in our first call I let him know that this was my 4th home p
