I actually enjoyed working with everyone however working with Sean was a bit difficult. His attitude and the way he communicates what is needed is not what I would have expected from this company. I found Sean to come across a bit annoyed if you asked questions or had trouble understanding what was needed. Like I said I have always enjoyed working with your company and everyone else.....Sean was a bit difficult !

Much about this second experience could have gone better. It was actually pretty good until we had to do everything over because of the taxes being paid from escrow, which you should have known about and then we had to pay 2k more for the loan and do everything over and that whole experience did not go well from start to finish.

Denice was very responsive and helpful until we made the decision to proceed with the loan. After that, communication began to lag and several other people became involved which was confusing. Sandra was quick to call us back but she was often rude and a little stand off-ish. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help and understanding of the process and we were not supported very well.

I will not get a refi loan or any other loan with a company that is not in the same state/City as we are in. to hard to reach out for questions. and especially during signing.
