The communication wasn't great. I thought with the buy down I would get a lower rate. I'm used to working with Matt, different level of communication. I missed working with Matt directly.

Very volume orented! making a long term finanical comment is a big deal for the customer and Matt certainly didn't com through, infact he completely relied on the digital platform for communication, very cold and uncaring. teresa was knowledgeable and available. Overall- I would not use NAF again and would not recommend using them, Also, the process on a 25% Down loan was way to cumbersome and long.

It was very hard to reach Stephanie during regular hours and email was the only way she seemed to reply to me. There was a lot of last minute documents she always seemed to need and we didn't get the documents to close until the day of closing but I was constantly told we were on track to close.

Better communication and explanation if the process. A list of what is coming, when its due and next steps. Message need to be answered whet they are voicemail or email.

I has requested a rate lock at 4.875% but the appropriate boxes werent checked or completed by NAF and it wasn't honored at time of closing. I also was told conflicting information many times about the status of my loan and felt like no one was being open or honest with me. I've used NAF before but this has really soured my view.

More communication. I needed clarity to make sure I was on the same page and I couldn't get my questions answered until I spoke with the agent at the subdivision.
