There was no follow-up communication, the loan took over 90 days, the Client did most of the heavy lifting, and the payoff on the loans was not as expected.

Please don’t wait until the last minute to send a first-time home buyer their closing disclosure before the day of closing. Don’t ghost your clients when they have questions 72-24 hours before closing. Please avoid making mistakes on closing documents because it makes the practice look bad.
