Using my correct name on emails in a professional manner. It would also have been better not to jump through so many unnecessary hoops after having the closing cancelled the day before it was scheduled, which cause unneeded stress when trying to collect legitimate funds for closing costs. Which, insultingly enough, were also called in question despite the multiple paper trails we provided.

Amy while very friendly over the phone, seems to also be unfocused. She will tell you she doesn't need something, then later on will 'need' specifically what she had said was not required. When she 'needs ' it, she wants it immediately and will contact a person multiple times in a short period, to the point of being annoying (like contacting a person every 30 minutes). She also is not professional as she does not provide a link or url for uploading documents, we had to ask for this link repeatedly. Her emails were very wordy, and not specific. She spent more time telling us how to get a something, which was often incorrect, than what was required. Amy made the loan process very stressful by not providing a list of exactly what records/documents were needed, by not providing a link to the site to upload said documents, and by showing she doesn't remember who you are because she would request items that had already been provided, or request items that did not apply.

Scott started out very helpful in the beginning and then slowly him and his team began to become very problematic. It seems Scott doesn’t review his assistants documents before they are sent out. We had multiple documents go out with wrong numbers and numbers that weren’t discussed. Once we brought this to the teams attention we were directed to sign the documents anyway which is very uncomfortable. After all was done and we closed on the home Scott called and instead of apologizing he pointed out that he was right about how the closing documents were written, when really he was in the wrong for how he failed to communicate. In the end I am very disappointed in how the team communicated.

Be transparent with information about the home buying process to first time home buyers. Disclose every fees they need to pay and why they need to pay them rather than just randomly sending them bill without their knowledge.

Matt had great customer service/rapport building skills but he made a lot of mistakes throughout the process that caused delays and almost caused us not to close on time. Luckily I was able to catch them and have the loan processer update. Perhaps he needs a little more training and/or assistance with work load to minimize mistakes.
