The whole process took an exorbitant amount of time. Delay in communications and miscommunications between Loan Consultant, Loan Processor, and the Home builder. Closing delayed multiple times by last minute request for documentation and or third party verification. Based on all this I have concerns about the servicing of this mortgage going forward.

I would like to say "Thank you Nancy", Nancy was the best after taking over my loan, after I was first working with the worst lender company who lagged on getting me to closing on my expected dates and did not follow up with me with feedback. Nancy made sure that I closed within two weeks like she promised and I never heard of anyone closing in this short time frame, but she did I had to leave the lender I was working with prior to working with Nancy, she really knows her job and was thorough.

Would have been a great experience if they were proactive with communicating important information. I mostly had to reach out to them for answers. The worst thing was that I didn't receive the CD from them until the day after I closed. Had to review the CD with the closing attorney.
