Timeliness with getting back to us with answers. She was rather hard to get ahold of. Barbara showed up 30 minutes late to my closing and left early. There was also a document mishap which caused me to have to double sign certain documents. Pretty disappointed with professionalism. The title lady and my realator were able to answer my questions about the paperwork.

I'm a first time home buyer and I don't feel I was handled with the unique care and attention that the situation demands. I also felt that it was left to me to bring up certain errors and oversights along the way and, as a result, felt they wouldn't have been addressed save my intervention.

Better communication throughout the transaction not just near our closing. Most of the time I was left in the dark on the progress of the loan. At one point the sellers agent was better informed on the date of the appraisal than I was.

Our closing date was changed at the last minute due to an error New American Funding made. Our closing also took an extra hour longer due to a delay caused by New American Funding. Finally, Tamara promised us a gift certificate for the trouble they caused but they did not deliver on this promise.
