Had everyone involved in the loan process get back and/or ask for things in a timely manner, mostly in the morning, not just before the close of day which delayed things further. This happened in the underwriters hands multiple times 3 days in a row. In addition, this loan was pre-approved several months prior and should have closed in less than 3 weeks. When I was asked for documentation, it was furnished within an hour at the longest. This has been my worst experience ever. : (

Noah did the best he could under what is 5-10x as much paperwork expected here, even compared to my most recent mortgage from 2013. Given that workload, it's a wonder if you EVER close on time, and it puts an unrealistic burden on the staff there. It's a chaotic, unpredictable, and stressful process, and no one has the energy to care about the 2 missed closings and impact on us, ESPECIALLY Sr VP Ray Miller. He said it was our fault for closing during the holidays. A nightmare.

Maybe better communication seems the realtor for the other party always had more information from the loan officer than we did did not discuss any helps we could of had or any other different options for being first time home buyers we had verry little help

Luis Galindo and his team was great. Tabitha lacked positive energy in the beginning and denied our loan and did not communicate with us as to why or what happened. Only after Luis's team worked through our prequalification and assisted us Tabitha became involved. I would 100% recommend Luis and his team.

calls back in a timely manner and asking for as much upfront as possible would go a really long way. This is my fourth time requesting funding, and it was my worst experience. All other lenders asked for almost everything upfront and allowed me then to pack and everything else I needed to do someone with my credit score and my income should not be put through this much. And then on top of it, it was hard to get a hold of people and we needed to a lot of times. Let's hope that you guys do a better job servicing the loan than you did with the application process.

To improve, this company seriously needs to get its internal organization and responsiveness under control. There should be a reliable system in place to track and locate client documents so customers aren’t repeatedly asked to resend the same information. That’s basic efficiency. More importantly, the lack of urgency caused delays in our closing date, which had real consequences—we moved into our home without having insurance in place because of how slow the process was. That’s not a minor inconvenience, that’s a serious issue. There was also a point where we were essentially told “there’s nothing we can do,” which is incredibly frustrating considering their role is to help guide clients through the loan process and get them to closing. That level of support should be the bare minimum. Overall, better accountability, faster turnaround times, and a more proactive approach to actually helping clients would make a huge difference.

Jing was always polite and tried to address our needs. She was excellent in early communications. However, our closing was delayed due to lack of communication between NAF and the title company and the day before planned closing I was not able to get ahold of Jing in a timely manner. I am a busy professional and scheduling time is a challenge- I need clear communication to be able to plan the rest of my work around investments. Some of this feedback goes to the title company as well, but I think the communication about closing timeline and expectations could have been better managed.
