Communication was horrible! The amount of times they asked for documents that were ALREADY uploaded was ridiculous. I had to send screen shots to both Michael and Sandy showing them where the documents were uploaded and when! Then they did NOT listen or follow instructions on the JPMorgan Chase debt, which is with a debt consolidation company for a lower settlment amount and sent the old full balance to Chase, which isn't even the current balance on the card. I'd never recommend and please take this as a formal complaint.

I think if Robert had demonstrated a complete mastery of the total costs associated with the refinance vs. my old mortgage. A clear description/document explaining these differences would have been very helpful. Also, it required one of his support team members to explain these differences clearly, Robert was unable to provide sufficient detail in describing the difference.

We were told misleading information on more than on instance and therefore changed things with our loan drastically. We got the "run arond" and Mr Carter should have checked with someone before telling us we could do something and then had to go back on it.

I had absolutely no interaction with Michelle as the sellers agent. This survey has no way of showing in ratings this isn't applicable in this case and only allows rating of an individual I haven't met or spoken with...very unfair to Michelle IMO

Our first loan officer messed things up. We gave a second chance and things seemed better until we got to the end. We had little to no communication and things got completely messed up because we were lied to about things, more than once. It made for one of the most stressful events we have ever had. I have never worked with people who had no real accountability for their lack of communication until now. They did not apologize, our sellers were ready to back out because of the lack of communication on the loan officer's part, our realtor assured us that this is now how house buying should go or typically goes, and the staff need educated on how to handle name changes. Nobody seemed to understand the impact it has to hear a name that causes you pain. Stop using it and ensure you are not putting someone through turmoil because of your inability to understand. We had to get a customer service individual involved, who saved our loan. The company was under the impression that changing my name for our loan and the house, once bought, would be easy. This was either a lie or ignorance. If it is ignorance, then they need to seek out an attorney to better understand the advice they are giving to people as I now need to get an attorney to have my legal name on anything. I am more than disappointed, I am outraged that I now have to seek legal counsel to fix something that never should have been used in the first place and all happened because of someone else's negligence and lack of communication. I deserve more respect than that. Taking accountability would be a start.
