Duribg this process I was called I multitude of different names. Got emails with the wrong figures and was told to sign. Often had to reach out to get the process moving. I was talked down to multiple times throughout this process. The only good prt of this process is that despite these issues we still closed.

I went to close on my new home and was told it was in fact scheduled for the following day. My realtor and the closing place had to scramble to get it corrected so I could get it done the correct day, as the moving truck was being loaded to move as I was there to close. Devin was nice when I spoke to her along the way, but I very nearly had a huge problem on closing day.

Better communication and explanation of the loan costs. Answering and returning phone calls in a timely manner is a must.

Most if not all of my ideas were shot down or overruled by Dakotah without an explanation from her side, or asking me why I was interested in the options I was presenting. Also when discussing buying down points, I asked Dakotah to hold off, but she continued to push and proceeded without asking for my confirmation. Now after she used all of our concessions without confirming the amount, we now have no additional funds the AC and sliding door replacements that the concessions were intended for. I did not feel like Dakotah was on my team, other than her prompt responses to my text or calls which was appreciated. If there wasn't a promotional offer to work with her, I would have used another lender. I will not be recommending NFM moving forward.
