He got political early and would be difficult to contact . i actually had to say that we should not talk politics and it seemed like he was venting. Eventually, he and Leanne just leaned on the automated updates and didn't give us heads up on the closing procedures unless we called for clarification. I didn't even get info on who escrow was or was given a heads up on vendors who were going to contact us. We had to be more proactive since at a certain point when it seemed that they knew they had our business, they can just cruise to the end . Not even a personal congratulations when the loan closed from either Bryce or Leanne.

Daniel was very nice HOWEVER at some point there was miscommunication and my buyers documents were sent to the wrong title company . I gave all documents to the title company on their contract but someone set up closing with a different title company . I was told two days before closing thankfully closing was able to happen at the correct title company one day later but this stressed my buyer out who had to be out of his rental . This did not leave a good impression for him or me with your organization . Also why do we have to sign the FHA document so many times?

Let me be clear that our experience is with Meagan. Our experience with this loan processing team was extremely frustrating and far below expectations. Communication was consistently poor, unclear, and often nonexistent unless we pushed for answers ourselves. There were multiple points throughout the process where the ball was clearly dropped missed follow-ups, lack of accountability, and unnecessary delays that made an already stressful process even more difficult. Instead of feeling supported, we were repeatedly given the runaround. Interactions were also, at times, unprofessional and came with unnecessary attitude, which is unacceptable when clients are making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. The only redeeming part of this experience was Pedro, who demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness when he stepped in. Without his involvement, the experience would have been even worse. Overall, this was a disappointing and unnecessarily difficult process. If you are looking for clear communication, accountability, and a smooth home-buying experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There were so many delays in this transaction. From contract to close, it was a total of 72 days. Started off with ample communication between my team and the lender. Client went from qualifying for GA Dream to not qualifying, and then back to qualifying. Then communication started decreasing. We were initially scheduled to close on Feb 26th. There were many break downs in communication during this time. Ended up needing to use our 8 day unilateral extension, followed by two additional extensions and an additional $1,000 Earnest money deposit from my buyer. Finally closed on March 25,2026 which was 72 days from the start of the contract. Between the breakdown in communication and the GA Dream turnaround of 7+ days each time, all parties involved felt this was the most stressful transaction they had ever experienced.
