At the beginning of the loan process, Keith was very helpful… answering questions my spouse and I had, being available when needed. Then we received radio silence for weeks, didn’t hear anything really after the appraisal went through. Keep in mind this is our first time buying a home and did not know how this process works. Fast forward to 2-3 weeks prior to closing, my appraisal for the home was never forwarded to my attorneys, with safety concerns needing fixed prior to closing or the loan simply wouldn’t close, I had to rush to sign documents for Keith to move the loan forward when it should’ve been given to me at least a month prior or my closing would’ve been pushed back. At one point Keith and my attorney were arguing back in forth via email over my lender not providing info or essentially dropping the ball on a few IMPORTANT matters. I honestly was lead to believe my closing date would be pushed back due to my lenders failures. You ask me what would have made it better ? Communication and being on top of things that are timely, to ensure I have no issues to close, and not making me as stressed as I possibly could be in fear we wouldn’t be closing on the already set date.

To have the branch manager berate and belittle me, and copy his team in, was a bit much. I only mentioned once who my employer was and mentioned specifically I was in closing, not that I was a licensed LO/LP, but that I do understand the process. Just because there were intentional missteps along the way, is no excuse to be unprofessional. In the end, he lost the opportunity for referrals from several people, including my realtor, her associates, and the marketing manager of a builder.

Communication from the beginning started with Cari Rubio. Katie did pickup a mess and a lot of mistakes were done before her. We’ve never seen a client have to go through so much.

I felt like I was taken care off by alma up until she went on vacation without any warning. Her team did not communicate very well after she left. I was contacted once week to sign something on Friday right around the end of office hours by Aimee so I could not contact anyone for questions until next Monday and On Monday she didn't even answer her email till a few days after if she answered at all. Everything was perfect up until alma left for vacation and that is unacceptable.

Mrs. White came highly recommended however she failed to follow through on general customer service such as but not limited to returning phone calls and inquiries. This happened multiple times while trying to communicate with her. I read her reviews after the recommendation and I was hopeful/ excited about having the same positive experiences as other customers. When I did speak to her she was always pleasant, helpful and gave great advice, she just didn't follow up/follow through from a customer service aspect.
