Well Chris Drexler was wonderful, but his assistant Bailey makes the company as a whole looks bad. Bailey told my husband and I a bunch of lies. So I am very disappointed because we are going on vacation this week and we were expected to used the money we thought we were receiving at closing and also we were told we will be skipping to mortgage payments. I truly appreciate you guys lowering my mortgage. But Bailey is still a liar which makes the company looks bad as whole.

Everything was very rushed. Support team was not helpful in giving direction. They were requestin documents all the way up to the closing hour. Very unprofessional.

The communication was not good at all, Only way to get a hold of someone is through email, and even then it was a different person each time, I spoke to someone regarding questions about buying down interest, was told it was too early and they would reach out later no one ever reached out. We waited 3 hours for paper work for the closing from lender, no one would answer the phone we called everyone in the office & no one answered. I’ve closed on homes 3 times and this last one was such a hassle.

I had a number of question through out the process, I asked Mr Drexler questions regarding the current interest rate and his response was not nice as if I offended him by asking the question,. Needs to improve interpersonal skills when dealing with customers this is a stressful time for home buyers and to get attitude when inquiring about things you have no knowledge of, adds to all the other emotions.. Also, he speaks to you as if you should be glad you getting what he offers you...

When speaking with Ms Chiu in the beginning she sounded very nice. The end result for my wife and I was very disappointing. On Oct 04, 2023 Ms Chui stated she found out our home came in low on the appraisal. We called her on Oct 17th (the day before we were scheduled to close) to find out about the appraisal. They had 2 weeks to fix the issue if Ms. Chiu had taken action on Oct 04, 2023 but she did not and in the end we end up with a home that was $17,000.00 in the negative and we had to come out of our pocket with almost $7,000.00. We had to beg for updates and information, when we finally received any communication it was rude and condescending. We deal with rude people all of the time but this was over the top especially because we weren’t receiving updates about when the loan would close, we knew it would be late but that was all the information we received. Our clients said they were embarrassed by his behavior.
