Jason was very nice to speak with and regularly communicated with me regarding the status of my loan in process. However, right before closing my closing costs jumped up by over $1,200, causing me to suddenly need to bring over $1,000 to close. I was unhappy with this and communicated that, but was told there was nothing that could be done. The people were friendly, the rate is great but TRUST is valued highly too, and I do not trust this company.

First, you could address the email correctly. Judith’s is baristamom@bellsouth.net and Cliff’s is lawnahaulic@gmail.com. How could a mistake of Judith being the veteran be made after all the paperwork and the Dd214 being presented? And from the very beginning, I told you I wanted a copy of the survey! How could you not give us one? Plus Rahim never spoke the truth! Very unprofessional!

My clients were buying a home in Illinois, our closing process is unique to the state. It was not a process that Elizabeth or her team were really familiar with. They continue to make mistakes on the closing statement for the last week before our close date and including the day of the close. Our closing should’ve taken about a hour and we are at the title company for four hours. I would not recommend this lender for a closing in IL
