I realize this is a very busy field to be in, but not replying to multiple texts, emails, phone calls for a couple of weeks? Very unprofessional. Mike Hines on the other hand was absolutely amazing! After the loan officer Gerry Meloni was laid off communication became terrible. Kathy Mau did a poor job keeping us updated on a regular basis. If you are asking for information on Milt Karavites, we never heard from him at all. It is highly unlikely that I will be recommending NAF to my buyers in the future
