New American Funding is the problem. Jorge is a good LO. Your internal processes are terrible. Your delays are unnecessary. I have been involved in two transactions with you guys and both have been delayed by at least 7 days. I’d be happy to go through both transactions if anyone has the fortitude to make the call.

I was asked to resend the same documents multiple times. We were asked to get a form notarized and to FedEx the form. We did, only for a notary to come into our home and ask us to resign THE SAME EXACT paperwork. We are extremely busy, I asked on multiple occasions for a list of documents that are required. Each time I requested I was told “this is it” only to be bombarded with more paperwork requirements on a Friday at 2pm. The departments do a horrible job at communicating with one another

Issues and items were represented from the re-finance company that they conveyed that they controlled when they didn't control things the title company did. So, many things were said that didn't happen or happened way too late. This was estimated to close on July 5 and didn't close until July 23. Daniel tried to say all the right things; but he just didn't come through when needed. It wasn't just Daniel too. His supervisor Rayan also was not very customer-friendly. Bad experience!
